Update 4/2/2020 As of right now school has not been cancelled for the remaining school year
The governor extended the Stay-At-Home order until April 30 and this includes school closures and we just received information regarding what the state is requiring for seniors.  As with everything, some of the information is "coming soon" and some is left up to the school system.  We will be "meeting" early next week to determine what that means for Delhi Charter School and will let you know as soon as we have meshed our existing policies with guidance from the Department of Education.
As for graduation, nothing has been decided.  Just today, the order to continue school closures was extended until April 30.  So, as of 8:00 PM on April 2, 2020, we are assuming that we will be back to business as usual after that but, as we are coming to realize more and more, that may change in an instant.  We are making plans for several different scenarios.
For the time being, meals will continue to be served Mondays from 11:00 AM until noon. This may change in the near future, but you will be advised before anything takes place.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we work through many unprecedented issues. We are working to ensure that our students are affected as little as possible while doing all we can to ensure that the entire Gator family remains safe.
We will update as we receive new information.
